Overview

The PM 783F 3BDH000364R0002 CPU module delivers high-speed processing for fast loop cycle times. It integrates a 100 Mbit/s Ethernet port for seamless communication with controllers, operator stations, and engineering tools. Two serial interfaces support Modbus communication and diagnostics, respectively. The module has 10 MB memory, with 2 MB battery-backed for critical data retention. It manages up to eight cyclic and priority-driven tasks, plus a fast cyclic PLC task. The front panel display shows status and diagnostics, and a locking feature secures the controller against unauthorized downloads.
