The 1761-NET-AIC is an AIC+ Advanced Interface Converter designed for the Allen-Bradley MicroLogix communication ecosystem. It is used to bridge and isolate serial communication networks, enabling reliable data exchange across DH-485 and DF1 protocols in multidrop configurations.

This device supports up to 32 nodes on a DH-485 network, making it suitable for small to medium distributed control systems. It provides electrical isolation between communication channels, improving signal integrity and protecting connected controllers from electrical noise and ground loops.
