The 1794-AENT/B adapter provides EtherNet/IP communication between a network scanner and connected FLEX I/O modules. The adapter supports Rack-Optimized and Direct Connection communication modes and transfers I/O data, configuration parameters, and diagnostic information through the Ethernet network.
