The EPRO MMS6125 is a single-channel vibration and displacement transmitter engineered for continuous condition monitoring and protection of high-value rotating equipment. As a member of the MMS6000 monitoring platform, this module performs non-contact measurement of shaft vibration, relative displacement, and axial position using eddy current sensing technology.
Designed for direct installation near the machine, the MMS6125 integrates signal conditioning, diagnostics, and supervision electronics into a compact industrial housing. Its architecture supports redundant 24 V DC power inputs and fulfills the functional and environmental requirements of API 670, making it suitable for safety-critical turbomachinery applications.
Measurement Principle and System Integration
The MMS6125 operates with EPRO PR642x series eddy current probes in combination with CON04x signal converters, forming a complete measurement chain. The module converts raw sensor signals into standardized current outputs for connection to control systems, protection relays, or condition monitoring platforms.
