    The Woodward 8290-185 is part of the EPG (Electrically Powered Governor) series. It provides precise isochronous speed control for gasoline and natural gas engines. This module works with Woodward actuators 524 and 1724. It eliminates the need for hydraulic oil or mechanical drive systems. The controller suits generator sets and industrial engines. It operates on a 24 VDC system battery for reliable performance. Additionally, it supports start fuel limit and ramp generator options for flexible control.
