Overview

The TU831V1 MTU is an industrial module designed to handle up to 8 I/O channels. It distributes the ModuleBus to connected I/O modules and the next MTU in the series. Additionally, it generates the correct addresses for I/O modules by shifting the outgoing position signals. This module is mounted on a standard DIN rail and includes a mechanical latch that securely locks the MTU into place. It is commonly used with various ABB I/O modules such as DI820, DI821, DO820, and DO821.
