ICP DAS Showcases Innovation at IIFES 2025
ICP DAS will participate in IIFES 2025 – Innovative Industry Fair for E x E Solutions – from November 19–21 at Tokyo Big Sight, Japan. Visitors can explore cutting-edge automation solutions at Booth No. 5-19-1. This event provides an excellent platform for industrial automation engineers and decision-makers to witness real-world applications of IoT-driven monitoring and control systems.
Live Demonstration of Integrated Smart Solutions
At this year’s exhibition, ICP DAS will present a live demo integrating Energy Management Solutions, Air Quality Monitoring, and Liquid Leak Detection. The demo highlights how real-time visibility into energy usage, workplace safety, and environmental conditions can drive smarter operational decisions. From my perspective, such integrated systems are key to bridging the gap between traditional industrial practices and the modern Industry 4.0 approach.
Advanced Energy Management Tools
ICP DAS will feature its PMC series power management controllers, PM series smart power meters, and IoTstar cloud management software. These tools enable enterprises to monitor energy consumption closely and optimize efficiency. In my experience, combining cloud-based analytics with on-site controllers offers not only cost savings but also predictive insights that reduce downtime and enhance resource allocation.
Ensuring Safer and Healthier Workplaces
Safety remains a critical concern in industrial environments. ICP DAS will demonstrate its DL series data loggers, including the compact DL-10, versatile DL-300, and high-capacity DL-1000, which track temperature, humidity, CO₂, and other air quality parameters. The Liquid Leak Detection Module adds an extra layer of protection against equipment damage. I believe that continuous environmental monitoring is an underappreciated aspect of operational efficiency, and tools like these are vital for proactive safety management.
Precision Industrial Measurement
ICP DAS will highlight its IR Temperature Sensor in a dedicated setup, showing accurate non-contact temperature monitoring. For industrial engineers, non-invasive measurements are crucial to maintain production integrity while ensuring personnel safety. Integrating such sensors into broader systems can significantly enhance process reliability.
Seamless Industrial Connectivity
The company will also present industrial communication solutions, including tGW series Modbus gateways, tSH series serial converters, and remote I/O modules. These devices simplify integration across multiple platforms, allowing consistent and reliable data flow. From my perspective, simplifying connectivity reduces system complexity, lowers maintenance costs, and accelerates digital transformation in industrial facilities.
Driving Smart Automation Forward
Through these demonstrations, ICP DAS reaffirms its commitment to smart automation solutions that combine efficiency, safety, and connectivity. As industrial automation evolves, systems that integrate monitoring, predictive analytics, and seamless communication will become the cornerstone of modern factories.
