Overview

The 2155/40-02 TDISecure is a DC-powered communication processor for machinery condition monitoring. It securely acquires high-fidelity data from up to 24 dynamic signal channels. Additionally, it collects 24 process measurement inputs configurable as 4–20 mA or DC voltages. The device connects to System 1 Optimization & Diagnostic Software via Ethernet TCP/IP. It replaces older Bently Nevada processors like TDXNet and integrates easily with new or existing systems. This processor enhances plant-wide machinery asset visibility. Moreover, it offers a cybersecurity solution that reduces risks without costly hardware like data diodes.
